China's Premier Wen Jiabao will embark on a visit to Kyrgyzstan and Russia from Dec. 4 to 6. China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said that Wen will attend the 11th prime ministers' meeting of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) held in Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan, and the 17th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian prime ministers in Moscow, according to China's (Xinhua) News Agency. In addition, Wen will hold talks with officials in both of Kyrgyzstan and Russia on ways of boosting bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of common concern.
