Coptic Church in Berlin condemns killing of 21 Egyptian Christians by Daesh in Libya

 Bishop Demian of the Coptic churches in Berlin has condemned the brutal terrorist beheading of 21 Egyptian Christians in Libya.
Demian called on the world community to act to counter the Daesh group and fight terrorism.
In statements to German Bild newspaper, Demian said the Egyptian Copts were working in Libya before being kidnapped on their way back home to Egypt.
The terrorists had not revealed the identities of the abductees, Demian said, adding that the church thought the group might demand a ransom.
The Coptic churches in Berlin tried to act with the Egyptian government to free the abductees and save their lives, Demian said.
Terrorists have also targeted Egyptian Copts and Coptic churches, Demian said, stressing they have turned Christians' lives into hell.
The German newspaper described as brutal the video that Daesh released Sunday and showed the beheading of the Egyptian abductees in Sirte.
