
The Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on Friday reviewed the work of the top legislative, governmental and judicial organs.
Attendees of the meeting, which was presided over by Xi Jinping, Chinese president and general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, deliberated a report by the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on relevant issues.
The report was drawn up by the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee from work reports submitted by the "leading party groups" of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the State Council, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee, Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate, respectively.
The report also touched on the work of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee.
Participants of Friday's meeting acknowledged the work of these authorities in 2015 and agreed to their work plans for 2016.
They also stressed the importance of the leadership of the CPC and called for enhanced awareness of the CPC Central Committee and the Party's key policies to ensure Party's solidarity.
Also, the meeting reminded CPC organs to remain on the right political track in their work.
The Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee was told to intensify the governing of the Party and ensure that the CPC Central Committee's policies are properly implemented.
