
Daqaliya Governor Hossam Eddine Emam met on Monday with Japan's Ambassador to Egypt Takehiro Kagawa to discuss ways of boosting cooperation between the two countries, especially in the investment, cultural exchange, education and industry fields.
The Japanese diplomat highlighted the distinguished relations between his country and Egypt, lauding the political and economic stability in the Arab country.
He noted that the situation is improving in all fields in Egypt, expecting an increase in the number of tourists during the coming period.
For his part, the governor asserted that the atmosphere has become favorable for luring investments to Egypt and encouraging the economy and trade.
