Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has said Turkey would never discuss the future of Syria with Israel. Speaking on CNN Turk channel, Davutoglu said Turkey would never discuss the future of any of its neighbors with Israel, and added, "this is Turkey's stance today, tomorrow and in the future." Turkey will no more be a supportive element to the policies which are set byIsrael like in 90s, said Davutoglu, adding that Turkey did not have any voice on any platform and peace process in the Middle East back in 90s, but those days were gone now. Regarding re-appointment of ambassadors mutually between Turkey and Israel, Davutoglu said, " Israel verbally apologized toTurkey and declared to pay compensation. This has to be concluded. The normalization process (in relations with Israel) can advance step by step, when we see the life in Palestine turns to normal and humanitarian aid can reach Palestine easily." Noting that there were elements which prevented and strengthened the solution possibility in Palestine -Israel issue,Davutoglu said that the strengthening element was that the international community could now act more rapidly for a solution because the actors in the region were now aware that it was not possible to pursue a peace process with similar methods for the past 22 years. Regarding the elements which prevented the solution possibility, Davutoglu said that Israel did not have the courage to support a two-state solution so a serious international pressure was needed to be made to bring such a will to Israel. He added that there was also a dismantled authority in Palestine and this matter had to be solved. Davutoglu saidTurkey did not discuss with other countries about its own relations with the regional countries. Within that scope, Davutoglu commented on Turkish-Iraqi relations too and said that Turkey did not need a mediating element to negotiate with Iraq. Iraq is Turkey's neighbor and this will be forever, he said. Davutoglu added thatTurkey could set up relations with every actor in the region while the region was being re-shaped.
