Secretary General of the Egyptian Agency for Development Partnerships Hazem Fahmy said that the agency will sign an agreement with the Egyptian Social Fund for Development that aims to transfer the SFD's expertise to the African countries.
In statements of Friday, Fahmy said this will come on the sidelines of the Business for Africa, Egypt and the World Forum to be held in Sharm el Sheikh and inaugurated Saturday by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The deal will focus on the fund's expertise in supporting small- and medium-sized enterprises, he added.
He pointed out that Egypt also aims to develop information mechanisms to support investment in the African countries.
