Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Othman, Ambassador of Qatar and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, hosted a ceremony to honour Ahmad Alsadeeq Abdulhai, Ambassador of Sudan to the UAE, at the end of his tenure in the country. The ceremony, which was held at the Armed Forces Officers Club, was attended by Director of Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Dr. Jasim Mohammed Al -Khloufi, a number of senior officials and heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the state. Al Othman praised the Sudanese Ambassador's sincere and loyal efforts during his diplomatic mission to strengthen political, economic, trade and cultural ties between Sudan and the UAE. Ahmad Alsadeeq thanked the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for its constant keenness to provide all facilities to all diplomatic missions accredited to it. He thanked and expressed his appreciation to the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps on providing support during his mission in the state. He also commended the role of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in supporting the progress of diplomatic work.
