The Egyptian Center for Economic Studies (ECES) in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO) is to hold a conference Monday entitled: "A journey to sustainable employment opportunities for the youth- Qaliubiya and Menoufiya governorates", in the presence of Minister of Local Development Ahmed Zaki.
In a statement released on Sunday, Executive Director of ECES, Abla Abdel Latif said careful consideration of Qaliubiya and Menoufiya governorates comes within the framework of "Decent Jobs for Egypt's Young People: Tackling the Challenge Together" project that aims at identifying problems facing youth employment there, finding appropriate solutions and identifying available investment opportunities.
ECES and ILO will cooperate in the field of conducting further studies for other governorates in Egypt, she added.
