Head of the Egyptian-European Council (EEC) Mohammed Abul Einen called for finalizing a one-stop system aiming to provide all investor-related services in one place.
Abul Einen's remark came during the
session for urban development and real estate investment at Akhbar Al Youm's third economic conference.
He also hailed the role played by the Housing Ministry, saying that Housing Minister Mostafa Madbouli has an urban vision for the housing system in Egypt within the upcoming years.
Abul Einen, meanwhile, urged Investment Minister Dalia Khorshid to swiftly endorse the new investment law, which can place Egypt as the biggest investment market in the Arab region.
The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) played a major role in attaining economic progress for several countries, including, China, Vietnam and Malaysia, he noted.
He further said that determining the future vision of the country is crucial for an economic development plan.
Abul Einen also voiced happiness for launching Akhbar Al Youm economic conference under the sponsorship of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Investment will place Egypt as the best market in the Arab region, he said, underlining the need of benefiting from human resources possessed by Egypt.
