Egypt has strongly condemned terrorist acts which took place in Iraq, northeastern Nigeria and Tennessee state in the US, which claimed the lives of hundreds of victims and injured several others, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Badr Abdel Aati.
In a press release on Saturday, Abdel Aati warned of the danger of terrorism.
Such incidents show that terrorism has no religion or land, he said. Terrorism is a global phenomenon and requires rallying international efforts to uproot it, he went on to say.
Egypt is totally against terrorist organizations and supports governments of Iraq, Nigeria and the US, he affirmed.
The spokesman also extended deepest condolences to the families of the victims.
