Egypt's Presidency mourned the deaths of two youths, Gaber Salah and Islam Massoud, who were martyred in the recent incidents. The presidency asked the prosecutor general to swiftly investigate into the incidents which led to the deaths of Salah and Massoud. The presidency, meanwhile, affirmed that those who were behind the murder of any Egyptian will be put into trial. Founder of the Popular Current Party Hamdeen Sabahi mourned the death of Gaber Salah, aka Jicka, who was killed during clashes in last week in Downtown Cairo, and Islam Massoud, who was killed Sunday in clashes in the Delta city of Damanhur. "May Allah bless the souls of our martyrs Gaber Salah and Islam Massoud," Sabahi tweeted. The revolution will continue and win through peacefulness, he wrote on the micro-blogging website. Salah, known as Jicka, who was shot in the head, was pronounced dead Sunday night after being hooked to life support for almost five days. Clashes erupted between protesters and the police on the anniversary of last year street battles in Mohamed Mahmoud street, off Tahrir square, on Monday. Shot in the head, 17-year-old Salah was pronounced brain dead on Wednesday but his family kept him on life support, in hopes that he would recover. Late Sunday, following violent weekend clashes between pro and anti-Brotherhood supporters, Massoud, aged 15, died following an attack by protesters on the Brotherhood headquarters in the Nile Delta city of Damanhour.
