
Egyptian and Italian Foreign Ministers, Nabil Fahmy and Emma Bonino respectively, held talks Monday described as constructive and fruitful.The meeting with Minister Bonino lasted over an hour and was very fruitful, Fahmy told reporters after the meeting held at the Italian Foreign Ministry.He pointed out that the meeting tackled a number of key issues including bilateral relations, Syrian crisis and the situation in North Africa, particularly Libya.Fahmy stated that Egypt has received an official invitation from Italy to take part in an international conference on the developments in Libya, scheduled 16-19 March in Rome.He also noted that he has apprised Bonino off the latest developments in Egypt after the adoption of a new constitution.
