The Egyptian-German Friendship Association (EGFA) and the State Information Service (SIS) will be holding a seminar on bilateral relations on Wednesday.
The seminar will be organized on the occasion of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's anticipated visit to Germany at an invitation by Chancellor Angela Merkel.
EGFA chairman Reda Sheta hailed as "deep" ties between Cairo and Berlin.
He also touched upon cooperation between the two countries at the political, economic, trade, cultural and technological levels.
Bilateral cooperation, Sheta said, is based on mutual respect.
He pointed to the leading roles of Egypt and Germany in the Middle East and Europe respectively.
