France condemns Syrian army intense shelling in Homs

France strongly condemned on Tuesday the intensive random shelling in the city of Homs, Syria that has been going on for more than a week. "France strongly condemns the Syrian army's use of various military means to randomly attack Homs" for 10 days, said French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius in a statement. The Syrian army continued its push for the tenth day inside the al-Khalidiya neighborhood of Homs which is controlled by armed opposition groups in an attempt to regain the city from them.
