France has offered support and cooperation to India in fighting terrorism following the Hyderabad terrorist attack which killed 16 and injured 110, said local media Saturday. French President Francois Hollande, who visited India recently, has expressed condemnation of the attacks in India while conveying his heartfelt condolences to the victims' families, reported Indo- Asian News Service. Hollande expressed "his complete solidarity with the Indian people and the government in the fight against terrorism, for which they can count on France's steadfast support and cooperation, " a statement of the Elysee Palace was quoted as saying on Friday. The French ministry of foreign affairs also said French Consul General in Bangalore has already visited Hyderabad "to express our solidarity with India and ensure the safety of the French community" there.
