French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will partake on Monday in the European Union (EU) Foreign Ministers' meeting in Luxembourg to discuss the latest developments in the Middle East and the illegal immigration across the Mediterranean, Spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry Roman Nadal said in a statement on Friday.
The EU foreign ministers will revise measures taken by the EU to stem the influx of migrants across the Mediterranean, Nadal added.
Also, they will touch on the Middle East peace process and support that could be provided by the EU to push forward the Palestinian-Israeli peace talks, Nadal asserted.
The meeting will take up ways of boosting relations between the EU and Asian countries as well as developing the European policy in the energy field, according to Nadal.
