
Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, visited the Belgian Embassy in the country, where he signed a message of condolence and solidarity on behalf of the UAE government, in support of the Belgian government, and the friendly people of Belgium, following the terrorist attacks which targeted Brussels a few days ago.
In the letter, Dr. Gargash expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished the wounded a speedy recovery.
The Minister also expressed the UAE's solidarity with international efforts to fight terrorism, stressing that extremism and terrorism represent a fundamental challenge and international cooperation and joint action is required to address it.
