
Chairman of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) Alaa Omar headed for Sharm el Sheikh to attend the conference of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), which will kick off on February 20.
The two-day conference will be held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Earlier, Omar said that the GAFI's participation in the COMESA conference reflects positively on the Egyptian economy through reviewing the available investment opportunities during the conference.
The GAFI prepared several investment opportunities and projects in order to review them during the conference.
