The Morning dialogue session of Geneva 2 conference on Sunday ended. The official delegation asserted during the morning session that the issue of delivering humanitarian aid has been underway for more than a year and a half, not just to Homs, within the framework of the response plan set by Syria and the UN. SANA delegate to Geneva reported that the Syrian official delegation insisted on not preceding any area to another, stressing that the Syrian state does not distinguish between a citizen and another. The delegation added that this issue is not related to the conception of Geneva conference. Earlier today, the official delegation stressed prior to the session that no agreement was reached yesterday on anything about Homs, and all Syrian territories should be talked about.
