
The chairman of the General Authority for Investment (GIA) Yahya Saleh Mohsen met on Thursday with the cultural attaché and the assistant commercial attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Sana’a. During the meeting, they discussed the fields of cooperation between Yemen and the United States in investment and economic development. Mohsen briefed the US diplomats on investment opportunities and various economic fields that Americans can invest in. He stressed on Yemen’s desire to attract American investors during the upcoming period so that they take advantage of the promising opportunitiesin various fields. "American investments will receive full care and privileges", he told the US diplomats. "Yemen is on the verge of a promising future, especially after the success of the national dialogue conference (NDC) and a common vision of all parties for building a strong economic for Yemen". For his part, the cultural attaché said growth is expected in investments in Yemen, especially after the success of the NDC that dazzled everyone. He praised the promising investment elements that Yemen has in various fields
