Troika and Greek government have disagreements on payment of credit tranches of second rescue package which is 130 billion euro. Experts stated that Troika had observations for the implementation of the agreed development program on the second rescue package in Greece but failed to reach a compromise after two-week meeting with Greek government authorities. Troika came together with Greek Prime Minister AntonisSamaras yesterday but they didn't reach a compromise too. Despite the significant progress on the Greek development program there is still ambiguities on some issues and works are stopped until finding a solution on these issues, Troika said. Troika and the technical group will be leavingGreece today and tomorrow. The group plans to come to Greece in early April. Due to the disagreement between Troika and Greek government the 8.8 billion euro to be paid to Greece is not certain according to the news in Greek media. Disagreements between Troika and Greece focus on reducing the number of civil servants, extending the payment period of tax debts and premium payments of social security institutions and the method of levying taxes on immovable assets. At the Eurozone Council of Ministers meeting in Brussels in January, a 49.1 billion euro credit tranche from second rescue package was approved for Greece and in case the required conditions are met a total of 8.8 billion euros credit was decided to pay in two installments until April.
