Hezbollah head Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah reiterated Monday that the current Lebanese government would remain in power and warned that its collapse could take the country to unknown territory. "Within the current local and regional context, there is someone working toward creating chaos in Lebanon, this government is the one preserving security and stability. If the government collapses, we would be heading to the unknown,” Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah told Beirut-based Almayadeen TV station in an interview. Nasrallah said that it would take at least a whole year before a new one to replace it could be formed. “Current facts indicate that if the government resigns, another one cannot be formed in less than a year,” he said. He also ruled out the possibility of the formation of a neutral government or a national unity one. The opposition has called for the formation of a neutral government to oversee the parliamentary elections in 2013. (daily star)
