
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said that there are still a lot of Yemen's population struggling to get a living and supporting their families due to the difficult conditions of the work, especially with the deteriorating security situation in all parts of the country. The ICRC explained that despite these difficult circumstances but it strives to maintain the progress of its humanitarian activities in the country. The ICRC has supported the agricultural sector through the distribution of seeds and fertilizers for the resumption of agricultural activities and enabling farmers to support their families. The ICRC, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture has vaccinated livestock owned by approximately 19 000 farmers in Amran state against goat plague.
