
Under the patronage of Minister of Industry and Commerce, Dr. Hassan Abdullah Fakhroo, Undersecretary for Commerce Affairs, Engineer Nader Khalifa Al Moayyed inaugurated this morning Bahrain Retail Conference, which was held with the support of Tamkeen, and with organisation of AMG.During the inauguration ceremony, the CEO of Al Bayan Media Group, Abdul Hamid Al Asfoor delivered a speech where he appreciated all the efforts done by the government and Ministry of Industry and Commerce for patronising the conference.Abdul Hamid Al Asfoor stressed that the aim for organising the conference was to rehabilitate the human cadres and help them to acquire the skills of retail, pointing out the impact of the results of such development on the trade activity in Kingdom of Bahrain.Abdul Hamid Al Asfoor said "The Conference comes in the framework of the efforts of Al-Bayan Group to cope with the directives adopted by Ministry of Industry and Commerce and its prominent role in supporting local trade, and owners of the companies and institutions concerned with retail."CEO of Al Bayan Media Group highlighted granting the employees of the participating companies in Bahrain Retail Fair an opportunity to develop their skills and performance in the area of retail and customers service, as well as raising the standards of the workers and empower them with professionalism.During the inauguration ceremony, a number of parties supporting the conference were honoured, where the international expert Bob Phibbs was introduced, in presence of more than 450 participants.For their part, the participants in the conference highlighted benefiting from what had been presented in the conference.
