The participants at the 8th International Conference/Contest for Intermediation organized by the International Chamber in Paris praised the Kingdom of Bahrain's leading and pioneering role in providing optimum alternative solutions for dispute resolution in the region by embracing the Chamber for Disputes Resolution which provides the best international practices in the field of alternative solutions for dispute resolution. This commendation came during a dinner party hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain's Chamber for Dispute Resolution in association with the International Chamber for the participants of the 8th International Conference/Contest for Intermediation, attended by more than 500 veterans from the sector intermediation and legal consultation from all over the world. The Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution was represented by its CEO, Mr. James McPherson, as an accredited arbitrator and the General Registrar cum CEO Assistant for Intermediation, Mr. Ali Al-Aradi as general supervisor over the contest which is deemed as the most important annual functions for intermediation. The Chamber's delegation attended the 4th Annual Conference for Commercial Intermediation organized by the International Chamber of Commerce during the same week attended by more than 300 experts in alternative solutions for dispute resolution from various specialized international organizations. The Conference discussed numerous key topics pertaining to dispute resolution and alternative solutions available and how to develop them. The conference also discussed ways and means to boost commercial sector's strategies for dispute resolution via the use of the option of intermediation as this option is considered time- and cost-efficient for all parties in any commercial dispute.
