
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad- Javad Zarif will visit Moscow for talks with high-ranking Russian officials to discuss pressing issues such as the nuclear agreement and the Syrian conflict, Press TV reported on Monday. Zarif will be heading to Moscow on Thursday to hold meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin as well as Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during his one-day trip, Iran's ambassador to Russia Mehdi Sanaee was quoted as saying. Zarif will discuss current international and regional developments, including the ongoing situation in Syria, with the Russian officials, the Iranian envoy said, adding that Iran's stance on the nuclear negotiations with the six world powers is also on the agenda.
