Iran President Congratulates Sultan of Oman on Eid al-Adha

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a telephone conversation with Omani leader Sultan Gaboos bin Said on Saturday extended congratulation to Omani government and nation on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha. According to the Presidential Office, President Ahmadinejad and the Omani leader called for enhanced cooperation between Iran and Oman. They reviewed the regional developments and expressed hope that the developments ultimately lead to solidarity of Islamic Ummah and strengthening the brotherly relations of Islamic countries and seeked Al-mighty God’s mercies and blessings.
