Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, stressed that the Syrian people will not be the only ones who will pay the price of a war on Syria; rather the European people will also pay a price. Jalili told Euronews that some sides' insistence on adopting an erroneous treatment of terrorism has led terrorists to spread thousands of kilometers away from Afghanistan and reach the borders of Europe, which should cause concerns for the European pople. He pointed out that Iran's cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is unprecedented as Iran has provided the Agency with the highest possible level of cooperation.
