Iraqi deputy PM leaves for Washington

Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Services Affairs Salih Al Mutlaq left here today at the head of governmental delegation for a several days' visit to the United States. A press release said during the visit Al Mutlaq will hold a series of talks with US officials and Congressmen on a number of issues foremost of which being the situation in Anbar Province and the military campaign by security forces against terrorists in the province. The Iraqi official's talks with the American side will also touch on relations between Baghdad and Washington on various levels.
