The army has launched the restoration process weeks ago on a fence along the border with Syria, reported Israeli newspaper (Haaretz) late Friday, especially in light of identifying approximately 36 locations which can be broken into very easily due to weak security measures. The wall, built after the October 1973 war, became in danger of collapsing in more than one location, and eroded in some sections due the effects of time and the harsh weather at Golan Heights, Haaretz reported.
