On Thursday 7th February, Israeli forces demolished a home in al- khas, a village east of Bethlehem, under the pretext it was built without a permit. The house owner, Ahmad Sabateen, said that municipality workers accompanied by Israeli soldiers demolished his 150 square meters house. He said that the demolition order he received a month ago was annulled by the Israeli court in Beit Eil illegal settlement, near Ramallah. Sabateen added that he tried to stop them from demolishing his house by showing them the required papers, but they carried on demolishing. Sabateen's house is located in area 'B', which is under the Palestinian civil administration and under the Israeli security supervision.
