Israeli forces have killed another Palestinian teenager near the so-called buffer zone east of the Gaza Strip, medical sources said. The victim, identified as 17-years-old Hashem Saed, was shot dead on Wednesday in Gaza City near the armistice line between Gaza and Israel. Palestinian medics say they retrieved the body hours after he was shot with the help of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Israel Radio has confirmed the killing claiming that soldiers fired at the Palestinian after he was spotted approaching the security fence ''suspiciously." It also said that Israeli soldiers arrested two unarmed Palestinians in the area and took them for questioning. Israeli war planes and ground forces frequently attack Gaza since the end of the 22-day war on the territory in 2009. Most victims of the attacks are civilians including women and children. Gaza has been under Israel's all-out siege since 2007, when democratically-elected Hamas took control of the tiny Palestinian territory.
