Israeli-occupation forces arrested at dawn today two Palestinians from Kefer Rai' Township in southern Jenin. Local security sources told the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) that Israeli-occupation forces stormed in the early hours of dawn today the Township and conducted house-to-house search operations before arresting 32-yearl-old Monyb Mohammed Monyb Sheikh Ibrahim and 38-year-old Monjid Jamil Ahmed Sheikh Ibrahim without giving any reasons for arresting both Palestinian citizens On the other hand, Israeli-occupation forces arrested today two citizens from Irk-al-Toon Township in Bait-Amr north of Hebron and erected a series of barricades in the town. The Palestinian Anti-Occupation People's Committee chie fin the town, Mohammed Awwadh, said the a an Israeli task force stormed into the district under heavy military escort and arrested 22-year-old Ala Mousa Hasan Za'aqiq and 21-year-old Taqi-ul-Din Jawabreh after searching in their homes and tampering with their paraphernalia and took them to Assioun detention camp in west Bethlehem to investigate with them. After the arresting of both Palestinians, encounters erupted between the town's young Palestinian demonstrators and Israeli-occupation forces which fired live bullets in the air in order to disperse the demonstrators. According to local security sources, the Israeli-occupation forces intensified military checkpoints and barricades at the entrance of Hebron province and Halhool towns and other neighborhoods in Hebron. Also, Israeli-occupation patrols intensified their presence at the gateway of the local private hospital in Hebron and held a number of Palestinian citizens and checked their personal identity cards.
