Israelis visit tombs in West Bank village

Thousands of Jewish worshipers on Wednesday entered the West Bank village of Kifl Haris escorted by Israeli soldiers, locals said. Forces erected checkpoints and occupied the roofs of several homes in the village, witnesses told Ma'an. Religious sites sacred to Jews and Muslims are located in Kifl Haris. Soldiers detained Jalal Mahmoud Abu Yakob, 34, from his shop near the religious sites, locals said.
