Japanese ministers of defense and foreign affairs toured on Saturday the Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) systems that have been deployed in anticipation of a possible mid-range missile launch by North Korea.Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera and Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida reviewed the situation in Pyongyang as they met at the defense ministry, where PAC-3 has already been stationed on Tuesday.The international community needs to send North Korea a strong message to realize that repeated provocative actions will not be in its favor, Kishida said, adding that he will underline Japanese-American cooperation in relation to Pyongyang when U.S. Secretary of State visits Tokyo on Sunday
