Hundreds of Jewish settlers stormed today (Thursday 21 Feb. 2013) into the holy shrine of Apostle Joseph in eastern Nablus escorted by the Israeli occupation army in order to perform religious rituals. Eyewitnesses said that tens of buses escorted by a large number of military vehicles stormed into the area then clashes ensued between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian youngsters as the Israeli soldiers fired rubber bullets and teargas targeting them. Israeli settlers storm into the holy shrine on a weekly basis and often raise their voices in a provocative manner to disturb the tranquility of Palestinian inhabitants in the vicinity. (IY)
