Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Awad Khlaifat, discussed boosting bilateral cooperation in various fields with British Ambassador in Amman, Peter Millett, on Wednesday. Khlaifat stressed the importance of the Jordanian-British partnership and developing programs to move forward in order to serve both countries' political and economic interests. He also praised British support for the Kingdom in implementing its reform programs and development projects, noting that the Jordanian reform process is steadily progressing according to a national agenda and clear vision. Further, the envoy stressed Britain’s ongoing support for the Jordanian reform process to improve its economy, while continuing to be a regional role model.
