His Majesty King Abdullah's personal envoy and senior adviser for religious and cultural affairs, HRH Prince Ghazi Ibn Mohammad, on Tuesday joined world leaders at the inauguration of Pope Francis. The pope gave an address at a special Mass at St. Peter's Square marking his installation after his election as Latin America's first leader of the world's 1.2 billion Roman Catholics. In a message to the pontiff after his election last week, King Abdullah wished him success "in his noble message at the head of the Catholic Church to maximize the values of tolerance and coexistence and promote human rights and the defence of peace, freedom and justice and bring together the followers of heavenly religions for the good of all humanity."
