Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh conferred on Monday with a delegation of the British House of Commons and House of Lords on bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them in multiple fields. Jordan News agency (Petra) said the meeting tackled the latest developments in the region, especially the Syrian peace process and Jordanian efforts of its achievement . Judeh confirmed as well the crucial role of Britain and the European Union in the same concern. He also presented a briefing on the outcome of the meetings between the Palestinian and Israeli negotiators in Amman to create an environment suitable to start direct negotiations between the two sides, leading to the two-state solution. Members of the British delegation lauded Jordan's reformation processes, affirming their backup to Jordanian efforts for achieving peace and stability in the Middle East.
