Kidnapped Iranian citizen in Syria freed

Iranian Arabic TV Network 'Al-Aalam' said on Saturday that an Iranian citizen, who had been kidnapped in Rif district of Damascus, has been released. Al-Aalam named the person 'Majid Adeli' adding that he was working in Iran's Cultural Attache Office in Syria. Adeli was kidnapped in al-Mashtal neighborhood in Sayyida Zeinab by an armed group. Recently, gunmen abducted 48 Iranian citizens.
