Kim Jong Un held an urgent operational conference on Friday in view of the American-South Korean maneuvers with the participation of B-52 and B-2 bombers, the exercises "which bring about a threat to the security of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)". The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that the Supreme Commander-in-Chief signed a "final plan for the technical preparation of strategic rocket troops for the delivery of a strike at military bases in the continental USA, at Guam, Hawaii, as well as those in South Korea in the event of a provocation on the part of enemy".
