Korean-born French minister hopes to bolster ties between 2 countries

France's first South Korean-born Cabinet minister Fleur Pellerin said Saturday she hopes to help the two countries strengthen ties in many areas ranging from culture to small and medium enterprises. Pellerin, whose responsibility in the French government includes small and medium enterprises, innovation and the digital economy, said she plans to meet President Park Geun-hye and other top government officials during her five-day stay in South Korea.
