
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo Anwar Hoja expressed aspirations to develop bilateral ties with the State of Kuwait at all levels in order to achieve common interests. The minister made this remark when he received Kuwaiti non-resident Ambassador Abdulrahman Al-Bader at the Foreign Ministry's headquarters in the capital Pristina. On his part, Ambassoder Al-Bader told KUNA that he had handed a written letter from Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Hoja where, expressing similar interest in promoting bilateral relations. Kosovo and Serbia signed a historic peace agreement in 2013 to normalize relations between the two neighbors, ending 14 years of war.
