Kuwait emir congratulates Tareq al-Shumaimry for top ICJ posts

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations Tuesday to Tareq Yusuf Al-Shumaimry for his appointment as President of the Financial and Administrative Committee at the permanent headquarters of the International Court of Justice at The Hague. Sheikh Sabah also congratulated Al-Shumaimry for his appointment as the Executive Committee and Budget Supervisor at ICJ's headquarters, wishing his good luck in his mission and to ultimately contribute to serving Kuwait.
