
His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met here late Tuesday with Maltese counterpart Joseph Muscat on the sideline of the 68th UN General Assembly. Boosting bilateral relations, regional and international affairs, as well as issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. The meeting took place at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the UN. An agreement on aviation services was signed between the two sides. Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah signed on behalf of the Kuwaiti side, while Maltese Foreign Minister George Vella signed on behalf of his country. The meeting was attended by the official delegation accompanying His Highness Sheikh Jaber.
