His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah inaugurated on Monday the 10th Asia Cooperation Dialogue, scheduled to hold October 10-11.The opening ceremony held in Bayan Palace was attended by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Deputy Chief of the National Guards Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.The ceremony was also attended by the Acting NA Speaker Adnan Abdulsamad, First Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah, Shiekhs, top state officials, and heads of the participating delegations.The ceremony kicked off with the national anthem, followed by verses of the Holy Quran, then His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah presented the opening speech.The Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah also presented a speech, followed by the Vice Foreign Minister of Thailand Nonsrichai Jullapong.
