He pointed out that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary figures have always pondered about the Palestinian cause and deemed as an important issue for Muslim World. “The Palestinian cause has always been of paramount importance for Iran’s revolutionary people even before the victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution,” Larijani added. The 5th International Conference on the Palestinian Intifada was attended by parliamentary delegations and headed by dignitaries, including several speakers, leading political figures and scholars from 50 Muslim and non-Muslim countries, as well as leaders of several Palestinian groups. The conference opened in Tehran on Saturday morning.
