Lebanon's Speaker of the House Nabih Berri met Thursday with the Belgian special envoy for Syrian affairs Marc Otte for talks over the most recent developments and the current general situation, state news agency NNA reported. The two also discussed the problematic issue of the Syrian refugees who fled the two-year-long civil war in Syria into Lebanon. Talks also touched on the EU's fresh decision to blacklist the military wing of Hezbollah as a terrorist organization. Otte met earlier with Caretaker Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour where they dwelled on the repercussions of the Syrian crisis.
