Lebanese President meets Iranian delegation

Lebanese President Michel Suleiman on Tuesday met here with a visiting Iranian parliamentary delegation. The meeting discussed means of enhancing mutual relations as well as regional developments, Irna reported. The Lebanese president called for Iran’s mediation in forging unity among Lebanese political parties, the Iranian news agency added. For his part, MP Mohammad Reza Bahonar, who heads the Iranian delegation, invited the Lebanese president to pay an official visit to Iran.
