
Libyan Foreign Minister Mohamed al Dairi met Wednesday with Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat in Azerbaijan, where both are attending an international conference on rebuilding trust in the new world system.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the conference and focused on the latest developments regarding the Libyan dialogue sponsored by the UN, the media office of the Libyan Foreign Ministry told MENA.
Muscat stressed the need to form a national unity government to counter threats facing Libya.
The conference, which is organized by the Nizami Ganjavi organization, wraps up work in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku later today.
